Wrathware is a feature-length film scheduled to shoot in June 2026, marking a landmark moment as the first Northland-made film and the opening film of the Northland screen industry. Designed as a multi-film franchise, Wrathware is a project planned across three sequels, beginning with Wrathware – Chapter 1, which is set for international release. The project is a collaborative initiative between Adams Media Limited and the Northland Film Club, with support from Northland Horror, aiming to establish Northland as a new creative force in genre filmmaking. Built around long-term storytelling and audience engagement, the franchise is designed to grow with its fanbase across multiple releases. The production prioritises local talent, regional locations, and sustainable filmmaking practices to strengthen Northland’s creative economy.
